What areas do you serve?

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We provide free in-home consultations and written estimates for remodeling projects.
What does design-build mean?
Design-build means one company handles both the design and the construction of your project. You get one point of contact, one plan and fewer gaps between the people who design the project and the people who build it.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. When a project requires permits, we prepare the application and coordinate inspections with your city's building department.
What types of projects do you take on?
Kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, home additions, flooring installation and whole-home interior renovations.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A cosmetic update with new counters and backsplash can take one to two weeks. A full kitchen remodel with new cabinets usually takes several weeks of construction, plus time for design, ordering and permits. We give you a realistic schedule with your estimate.
Can you convert my bathtub into a walk-in shower?
Yes. Tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most requested projects. We remove the tub, rebuild and waterproof the shower area, and finish it with tile and glass.
Will my HOA need to approve the addition?
In many Weston, Cooper City and Pembroke Pines communities, yes. HOA approval is usually needed before the city permit. We help prepare the drawings and information your HOA asks for.
