Floors that look great on day one and year ten
Most South Florida homes sit on a concrete slab, and the slab is where a good floor starts. Uneven concrete, old adhesive and moisture are the main reasons floors crack, hollow out or separate. We take the time to remove old flooring cleanly, grind high spots, level low spots and use the right underlayment and moisture protection before the new floor goes down.
Flooring we install
- Porcelain and ceramic tile - including large-format and wood-look porcelain, a favorite for Florida homes.
- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) - waterproof, quiet and comfortable underfoot, great for families and pets.
- Engineered hardwood - real wood surface with a stable core that handles humidity better than solid hardwood.
- Laminate - an affordable, durable option for bedrooms and living areas.
- Stair treads and risers - matched to your new floor.
- Baseboards and trim - new baseboards, quarter round and clean transitions between rooms.
Tile vs. luxury vinyl plank in Florida
Porcelain tile is extremely durable, stays cool and works in every room, including bathrooms and patios. Luxury vinyl plank is softer and warmer underfoot, quieter, faster to install and fully waterproof. Our tile vs. luxury vinyl plank guide compares them side by side to help you decide.

Frequently asked questions
How long does flooring installation take?
A few rooms of luxury vinyl plank can often be done in a couple of days. A whole house of tile, including removal and slab preparation, usually takes longer. We give you a schedule after measuring.
Can you remove my old tile?
Yes. We remove old tile, carpet or wood, grind off old thin-set and adhesive, and haul everything away before installing the new floor.
Is luxury vinyl plank good for Florida homes?
Yes. Quality LVP is waterproof and handles humidity well, which makes it a strong choice for South Florida. It is also quieter and softer underfoot than tile.
Do you install baseboards too?
Yes. We can install new baseboards and trim so the finished floor looks complete.
